Santa Rosa - Sonoma City 29.7 miles (47.5 km)
A non stop knock on the windows woke me up, a man stood outside the truck, his name is Ed, Helaine's friend! Helaine introduced him to me and Ed drove me to have a breakfast and then we went to the bike shop he bought a lot of things for me, thanks!

From Santa Rosa I headed to Sonoma City, after about 29km riding, out of Glen Ellen my tire got flat again. almost dark, I got south of Sonoma City, but I did not pass downtown, I got on another way? Anyway there was no campground, but a friendly Mexican family let me put up my tent at their yard thanks! At night, from the weak light of my bike light, I checked the map, Sonoma is not very far from Greenbrae which is where I stayed the first day. So tomorrow I should give George a call, ask him if I could come back and stay at his house one more night.

Healdsbrug - Santa Rosa 15.9 miles (25.4 km)
Helaine and Louis gave me totally $ 200 for my three days salary, I just recieved $ 160, I know my work did not worth $ 200 even $ 160, mostly the money is they are helping me and sponsored me, thanks a lot! Because of Helaine's persuation , I changed my route, I will not go to north any more, firstly is the weather is cold, and most important reason is my rear tire sucks and does not work well either. So Fappiano winary, Healdsburg is my most north town in California.

They introduced their cousin in Santa Rosa, see you next time! From Healdsburg to Santa Rosa is very easy, their cousin has a bread factory, when I got there I got a shock. This is my first time at a Bread factory, everything for me is curious, now I know how the bread is made everyday and how they get to market. Tonight I slept in an empty truck outside of the factory.
